About us
We are a family company, growing olive trees for more than 60 years. Our products come from Strefi, a small traditional village near Kalamata city.
We grow two different varieties of olive trees: Koroneiki and Kalamata olives.
Koroneiki olive tree variety is considered as one of the most famous variety and is used for oil production whereas Kalamata olives are used as table olives, preserved in extra virgin oil with brine and vinegar.
What we do…

The olives harvest for the oil production begins around mid-November using specialized machines which reduces the risk of harming the crop. They are then placed in purpose boxes or sacks until the extraction process which begins immediately the same day. The oil is extracted and a high-quality extra virgin olive oil with a very low acidity is produced.


The harvest of Kalamon olives begins earlier around mid-October, using specialized machines which reduces the risk of harming the crop. They are then placed in purpose boxes full of water, which is changed daily, for around a month. Once complete, they are then packed in brine and vinegar with extra virgin oil added.
