Who are we
We are a family business who have been cultivating olive trees for more than 60 years. Our products come from Strefi, a small traditional village near the city of Kalamata.
We cultivate two different varieties of olive trees: Koroneiki and Kalamon olives.
The Koroneiki variety is considered one of the most well-known varieties and is used for the production of olive oil while the Kalamon olives are used as table olives, where they are preserved in extra virgin olive oil with brine and vinegar.
What we do…


The olive harvest for the production of olive oil begins around mid-November with specialized machines, which reduce the risk of damage to the fruit. They are then placed in buckets or bags until the export process, which begins on the same day. Finally, excellent quality virgin olive oil with very low acidity is exported and produced.


The Kalamon olive harvest begins earlier in mid-October, using specialized machinery that reduces the risk of damage to the fruit. They are then placed in boxes full of water, which is changed daily for about a month. Once this process is complete, they are then packed in brine, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
